LYTTEL SEW'N'SEWS

Want to learn practical sewing skills and help your community and environment?
We repair/up-cycle donated clothing items that might otherwise go to landfill. Everyone welcome – just turn up, tools and materials are provided! Pop-up kids clothing store operating every second Tuesday at 40 Winchester St.

A great opportunity to chat, share skills, or learn new ones and be part of helping support the planet!

Tuesday Mending 10:00am - 12:30pm

Fun, purposeful activity to learn and use mending skills for keeping clothing out of landfill.

Thursday Making 10:00am - 12:30pm

Coordinated team sessions where we make useful items for the benefit of our wider community. A great opportunity to learn and practise a variety of machine sewing skills.

Pop-Up Sew'n'Sews as part of 'Tamariki Tuesdays'

Lyttel Sew'n'Sews are currently operating a pre-loved clothing pop-up store out of 40 Winchester Street every second Tuesday 10am - 2pm, in conjunction with the Lyttelton Toy Library. Bring in your under 5's for a play and have a shop while you're there.
