This warm space is also home to the Union Chapel Organ:

  • Made in 1877 so is now 147 years old.

  • Made by Edgar Jenkins at a factory in Kiapoi

  • First installed in the Canterbury Orphanage on Governors Bay Road in Lyttelton

  • Moved to Winchester St in 1877
